Description

Litoreia (Serbo-Croatian: Litorijia) was a one of maritime republic in Balkan, alongside Republic of Ragusa. Alongside Ragusa, it reached its commercial peak in the 15th and the 16th centuries, before being conquered by Napoleon's French Empire in 18th century- until their independence was finally restored after the defeat of Napoleon and their independence was guaranteed by Congress of Vienna.

Here on the coat of arms we can see the so-called "Lion of Saint George" - a red lion carrying Saint George spear, to distance themselves from Venetian Republic who used the Lion of Saint Mark.

The problem is that the lion is red on blue which breaks the heraldic rule of tincture. I would suggest you make it gold or silver. Gold would mean using less colours overall which is better.
